The H.A.T. Incubator is another signature event of the Changi General Hospital (CGH) H.A.T. programme.

This provides a platform for teams to transform innovative healthcare analytics ideas into real-world solutions. Participants develop and refine their projects with the goal of addressing healthcare challenges through data, analytics and technology.

At H.A.T. Day, finalist teams will get to present their projects during the Incubator Grand Finals, showcasing their creativity, problem-solving approaches and impact. Attendees will also hear from previous winners as they share their experiences taking ideas from proof-of-concept to implementation.
