H.A.T. Day 2026 is back — and bigger than ever.
Join the Changi General Hospital (CGH) H.A.T. team on Thursday, 19 November 2026 at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre for a full day of learning, innovation, and connection, as healthcare professionals and industry partners come together to shape the future of healthcare analytics.
What's in store
This year's program is packed with inspiring keynote addresses, multi-track breakout sessions, and strategic panel discussions featuring voices from across the healthcare ecosystem — including CGH's own specialists in Aviation Medicine, Audiology, and Pharmacy, alongside colleagues from SingHealth, National Heart Centre, SGH, KTPH, and IHH Healthcare. Industry leaders from Dataiku, Dell, Google, and Temus will also be on hand to showcase the latest in data analytics.
The spotlight doesn't stop there. Last year's inaugural Incubator winners will return to share their journey from proof-of-concept to full deployment — a testament to what's possible when ideas meet execution. This year's Incubator Grand Finalists will then take the stage to present their own projects, spanning Gen AI applications and predictive modelling, with winners crowned at the end of the day.
And if you're up for a challenge, don't miss the Gen AI Competition — a race against the clock to put your best prompting skills to the test.

Digital algorithms for transforming lab data into early detection & disease prevention
Healthcare systems face escalating economic and clinical pressures driven by the ever-increasing burden of chronic disease and its later-stage complications. Moving from reactive care to sustainable prevention requires earlier detection, followed by the right diagnostics or treatment to determine the most effective course of action for patients.
One opportunity comes with medical algorithms, which can transform routine lab data and blood-based biomarker results into actionable risk scores.
This session explores how medical algorithms can enable early, proactive clinical intervention for patients: such as appropriate targeting of gold standard diagnostics, or determining one’s risk of progression and therefore intensity of treatment, in the following example disease areas:
Liver Health & Oncology: Algorithms for liver disease management using blood-based biomarkers, to detect early-stage liver cancer and accurately identify progressive liver fibrosis in asymptomatic patients.
Cardio-Kidney-Metabolic Care: Automated risk scoring that identifies personalised risk for rapid chronic kidney disease progression amongst those with risk factors.
Gastrointestinal and Lung Cancer Screening: Predictive flagging tools using blood-based results that spot subtle early signals of malignancies to enable targeted diagnostic follow-up.

Healthcare systems everywhere are under the same pressure: rising patient expectations, workforce shortages, and fragmented data — all while public trust and budget accountability remain non-negotiable. The biggest challenge in today's healthcare landscape isn't clinical — it's the non-clinical aspects of healthcare: administrative burnout, operational and logistical bottlenecks, and understanding the 360° patient journey. In this session, we'll try to unpack what the future of healthcare might look like. We'll explore what "agentic" might mean for healthcare, and more importantly, whether healthcare today is truly agentic from a Salesforce point of view.
