H.A.T. Day 2026

  1. What is H.A.T. Day?

H.A.T. Day is the flagship annual event of the H.A.T. programme. The event serves as a platform for knowledge exchange on healthcare analytics, artificial intelligence and digital innovation. It brings together healthcare, academic, public sector and industry perspectives to share practical use cases, discuss emerging developments and explore how analytics can support better care delivery, operations and population health.

Registration & Ticketing

  1. How do I register?

You can register via our official event page at H.A.T. Day 2026.

  1. What is the registration deadline?

Registration closes on 12 Nov 26. We encourage you to register early as places are limited.

  1. Can I register a group?

Yes for groups with more than 10 pax, please email us hat@cgh.com.sg.

  1. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

No, registration transfers are not allowed.

  1. Can I walk in without registering?

Walk-in registrations are welcome, subject to availability. However, we strongly recommend registering in advance to secure your place.

Payment

  1. How much does it cost to attend?

Ticket price is $10. Note that you will receive a goodie bag of equivalent value or more. Selected participants will also get to attend lunchtime talks with our sponsors, Roche and Salesforce, with bento (worth $38++) provided.

  1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit card and PayNow. Payment is processed through FormSG.

  1. Will I receive a receipt or invoice?

Yes, a confirmation email with your receipt will be sent to you upon successful registration.

  1. What is the refund policy?

Kindly note that the registration fee is non-refundable, but you can still claim the goodie bag from us at a later date if you are unable to attend.

  1. Where can I find the event agenda?

The full programme is available on our event page, H.A.T. Day 2026. Registered attendees will also receive a copy via email.

  1. Do I need to pre-select sessions?

Yes, some sessions require pre-registration due to limited capacity. You will be prompted to select your preferred sessions during FormSG registration.

  1. Will sessions be recorded?

Sessions will not be recorded, so we encourage you to attend in person.

  1. Will I receive the presentation slides or materials?

Yes, presentation materials will be shared with registered attendees via email / on our event portal after the event, subject to speakers' consent.

  1. How do I sign up for workshops or breakout sessions

Workshop sign-ups are included in the main registration form. Places are limited, so sign up early!

On-Site Experience

  1. What should I bring?

Please bring your confirmation email on your mobile device and your own water bottle. For those who have signed up for the workshops, more details on what to bring will be informed closer to the event date.

  1. What is the check-in process?

Registration and check-in will open at 8.00am. Please present your confirmation email and QR code at the registration counter to collect your event pass.

  1. Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available.

  1. Is lunch provided?

No but there are 2 lunch talks with sponsored bento for selected 70 pax, do enquire if you are interested.

  1. Is there a dress code?

Dress code is Business Smart Casual.

Venue & Access

  1. How do I get to the venue?

The venue is located at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, 1 Raffles Boulevard, Singapore 039593

BY CAR/TAXI:

Alight at our driveway along Temasek Boulevard, where Suntec's LED wall – The Big Picture is located.

For those driving, you may access Suntec's basement carpark via the following routes:

  • Nicoll Highway

  • Raffles Boulevard (from Bras Basah Road)

  • Temasek Avenue (from Raffles Boulevard)

  • Rochor Road exit from East Coast Expressway (ECP)

Park at West Wing (Green Zone) and use lift lobbies A or B for quick access to Suntec Singapore (L3, L4 or L6).

BY TRAIN:

Alight at Esplanade or Promenade^ via the Circle Line, and City Hall* via the East West Line.

Follow these directions to get to Suntec Singapore:

  • From CC3 Esplanade MRT Station (3 min):
    Take Exit A and follow the signage to our Centre

  • From CC4 Promenade MRT Station (5 min):
    Take Exit C, walk through Suntec City Mall and follow the signage to our Centre

  • From EW13 City Hall MRT Station (8 min):
    Walk through City Link Mall and then Esplanade Exchange to get here

^Promenade is also on the Downtown Line.
*City Hall is on the East West Line and North South Line.

Depending on which bus service you are taking, you may choose to alight at the following stops:
