Dr Alvin Woo Jia Hao
Consultant, Aviation Medicine — Changi General Hospital
Dr Alvin Woo is a Consultant in Occupational and Aviation Medicine Service at Changi General Hospital, with expertise in aeromedical assessments, aviation physiology training, and aircrew fitness-to-fly protocols. His analytics journey began with predicting whether air force trainees could pass high-G centrifuge qualification tests – a project that revealed how data could meaningfully inform high-stakes clinical decisions.
For Dr Woo, analytics is everywhere, and nowhere is this more apparent than in aviation medicine, where the work involves pushing human performance to its very limits. He finds the magic of analytics in those moments when a model surfaces a pattern that fundamentally changes how he approaches a clinical problem.
In this session, participants can look forward to a practical, doctor's-eye-view of getting started with analytics – no prior experience needed, just curiosity.
Mr Kevin Ongko
Lead Analyst, Office of Digital Empowerment — Singhealth
Mr Kevin Ongko is Lead Analyst at SingHealth’s Office of Digital Empowerment. With a background in business analytics, he supports healthcare professionals in adopting digital tools and AI through practical, hands-on training. He has facilitated numerous workshops on prompt engineering, generative AI and the development of custom AI assistants to enhance healthcare workflows.
Passionate about digital transformation, Kevin helps bridge the gap between technology and clinical practice, empowering teams to work more efficiently and unlock greater value from AI solutions.
A/Prof Ng Yeuk Fan
Director, Corporate Development — Khoo Teck Phuat Hospital, Yishun Community Hospital
Dr Yeuk Fan Ng is a Senior Consultant Public Health Physician and Director and Head of Corporate Development at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Yishun Community Hospital, National Healthcare Group. With more than two decades of experience in healthcare policy, hospital strategy and population health, he leads work spanning health-system and service planning, enterprise analytics, performance governance and organisational transformation. He has developed and applied frameworks for population segmentation, integrated care, value-based healthcare, whole-system measurement and health-system transformation, and helped establish enterprise capabilities for population health analytics, risk stratification and predictive insights.
Dr Ng is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore, where he teaches systems thinking, integrated care, quality and value, and artificial intelligence in healthcare.
His current work includes research and development into agentic workflows and human–AI complementarity in healthcare settings, harnessing context and loop engineering and reusable AI skills to help healthcare teams redesign work to improve services, the healthcare system and their outcomes.

Mr Jeremy John Selva
Senior Research Officer — National Heart Centre
Jeremy is a senior research officer at the National Heart Centre Singapore. His works involves cleaning and harmonisation of clinical data from multiple labs related to cardiology such as cardiac medication, coronary artery calcium score and stenosis severity.
An active contributor to the R community, he has presented his work on data management in several R conferences such as useR! 2024 (opens in new tab) and R/Medicine 2025 (opens in new tab).
Jeremy is also the maintainer of the pretestcad R package (opens in new tab), which supports research and analysis in cardiovascular medicine.
Mr Allen Tan
Head of Data & AI — IHH Healthcare
Allen is leading IHH Group's data, analytics, and AI initiatives across multiple markets. Allen focuses on applying data and AI to improve healthcare operations, support decision-making, and enhance patient outcomes. Allen has led the development of enterprise-scale digital and AI solutions and is passionate about translating technology into practical, measurable impact in healthcare.
