Ms Wang Ping
Nurse Clinician, Case Management — Changi General Hospital
Ms Wang Ping is a Nurse Clinician at Changi General Hospital (CGH) with extensive experience in clinical nursing and case management. She currently serves as the Nursing Lead for Stroke and Cardiac Case Management, where she works closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate person-centred care and support seamless transitions from acute hospital settings to community-based care.
With expertise in case management, care coordination, quality improvement, and patient outcomes optimisation, Ms Wang plays a key role in enhancing the delivery of care for patients with complex healthcare needs. Her work focuses on ensuring care continuity across settings while promoting better clinical outcomes and patient experiences.
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Ms Wang has led and contributed to numerous quality improvement and research initiatives aimed at strengthening care processes for patients with stroke and cardiac conditions. She is passionate about using data, analytics, and evidence-based practices to drive healthcare innovation and improve patient outcomes across the continuum of care.
Ms Hazel Yeo
Senior Audiologist — Changi General Hospital
Ms. Hazel Yeo is a Senior Audiologist at Changi General Hospital with special interests in research and quality improvement. She is the research lead in her team and has conducted research in various areas such as automated audiometry and use of artificial intelligence for ear modelling. She is also passionate about quality improvement to improve clinical processes and patient experience with recent team projects focusing on reducing the waiting time for appointments. Her clinical expertise is in hearing diagnostics and hearing rehabilitation using hearing devices such as hearing aids and hearing implants.
Mr Tiew Wen Jun
Senior Pharmacist — Changi General Hospital
Mr Tiew Wen Jun is a pharmacist with a strong passion for quality improvement and strategic planning. An avid improver, he is committed to enhancing pharmacy systems and operations through the effective use of data analytics and information technology.
His interests focus on improving productivity, optimising resource utilisation and strengthening the quality of patient care. By driving innovation and leveraging data-driven insights, Wen Jun seeks to develop sustainable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support better healthcare outcomes.
Mr Ang Wee Horng
Principal AI Innovation Evangelist, DELL Technologies
Mr Ang Wee Horng is a hands-on AI engineer and Principal AI Innovation Evangelist at Dell Technologies' APJ AI Innovation Hub. He simplifies complexity, and AI is about as complex as it gets — helping organisations understand what it can actually do for them, beyond the standalone demo.
He leads Dell InnovateFest, “a hackathon with a heart,” now in its fourth edition, which brings over 1,000 students from 10 Institutes of Higher Learning together with partners including MINDS, Care Corner, the Singapore Association for Mental Health and the Singapore Cancer Society to build for social good.
In a personal capacity, he also builds and runs AI systems for a small Singapore healthcare practice — entirely on-premise, on open models, built to meet MOH and PDPA requirements.
Afternoon Session:
Mr Narayan Venkataraman
Deputy Director, Data Science Intelligence — Changi General Hospital
Mr Narayan is a healthcare professional with 25 years of experience spanning medical informatics, data science, artificial intelligence, biomedical engineering, governance, quality management and healthcare operations. He has contributed to major enterprise data and analytics initiatives within SingHealth, including digital health, automation and data platform projects.
A key contributor to research and innovation efforts, he specialises in translating data-driven solutions into clinical practice. His expertise in health informatics, AI governance and systems integration supports the adoption of scalable, evidence-based healthcare innovations.
